Received an e-mail ad with some after Christmas sales. Ordered a product for myself that, according to their website, was in stock. A week later I had not heard anything so I took it upon myself to call their customer service number. The rep I talked with checked my order number, confirmed that it had been shipped and that I would receive it on or around the 7th or the 8th of January. This morning (1-6-20) I received an e-mail from Macy's telling me that they were out of stock and my ordered had been cancelled, the "good news"
