I had a problem with a new email domain which would not verify, even after following various help articles online with similar issues. In the end, I had to bite the bullet and contact the support desk and they solved the problem almost immediately. The person on the call was courteous and knowledgeable about the email system and resolved my issue straight away. Had I known how good they were I would have contacted them sooner to get my issue resolved, rather than wasting time trying online to find a fix myself. Great service and highly recommended.
