Requested to upgrade payroll 8th November, was supposed to take 7-10 working days. Still not updated by 22nd November. Suggested that I do the payroll on HMRC tools to meet payroll deadline. No information provided as why to the delay and having to chase every couple of days.Still not done by 16th December!!!!For a core part of the software the service this is unacceptable. As an accountant who used to work in practice who recommend these, I'd certainly avoid these and pay more for a better service9th February - still not working properly, support do not seem to know how the software works.Extremely poor service.

We have been looking for a marble table and chairs for a while. We were visiting Housing Units and dealt with Andy and Amanda. Their customer service, knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasms was outstanding. This resulted in us purchasing a marble table, four chairs and a unit for the hall. We are thrilled to bits and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store, we will certainly be shopping there again .. thank you !!!

Many good articles, but politically biased towards the left. Today's BBC News headline: a pro-Palestinian man says that Israeli hospitals beat, blindfold and shackle patients from Gaza and don't give them pain killers. This isn't news, it's hearsay and propaganda, but of course the BBC reports it as "fact". The BBC claims to not be biased but it does this kind of thing repeatedly. The news venue has had far more pro-Palestinian stories than pro-Israel ones. Pity the poor women and children of Gaza, say nothing about the Hamas terrorist thugs that they support who use them as human shields.

I love spotify for so many reasons! I really love it when I can choose an artist they create a radio station based on that vibe. It's really fun to use spotify to find new artists I would not have heard on the radio. Their platform is easy to use and I really enjoy the podcasts. I greatly appreciate spotify allowing podcasts with different perspectives and not censoring everything. If we don't like a particular podcast we don't have to listen to it. This is supposed to be a democracy with freedom of speech.

The service and the algorythms are very good. The platform is generally very stable and effective. Variety of music is good.However... the customer service for such a big company is more than poor. On two occasions recently I have engaged with them on the chat service and it is as if they have no idea what they are doing. They repeat the same things, send links like a bot and avoid responding fully. I have an issue where my discover weekly playlist plays Thai music - I am not Thai. I do not listen to Thai music. The entire playlist was full of Thai pop music. I initially thought I had been hacked but after changing passwords and logging out of all devices the issue returned. It has been 6 weeks and no resolution and the customer services team seem to have a vague awareness of 'some issues relating to this' but no idea about timelines or reasons.'Farheen' was the chat agent I spoke with, they were frustrating because they just kept asking me to wait a little longer with no eta is an ineffective way to provide reassurance in a long, ongoing problem. A real shame that this brings down the whole experience of the platform.
