Good and bad

1. The automations are great when they work. I’m experiencing issues with buttons not working in messages which means I need to manually intervene. 2. Training videos are out of date ajd have been promised to be updated for several months yet still waiting. 3. Customer service takes on average a week to get a reply. There is no live chat function and generally the support is lacking and a real problem they need to address.
