DO NOT USE MEGA !!you will lose precious filesyou cannot rely on their syncing software - just found out I lost months of hard work in precious files after my laptop crashed, still gutted over this.Reinstalled laptop one month ago, missing many folders, gone forever - now just realized everything i added to mega since this month also hasn't been synced. This is their answer:Please log out your account (go to your Desktop app interface - Settings - Account - Log out) and then reinstall the Desktop app from this linkI shouldn't have to be logging out and/or reinstalling anything!I downloaded the app followed the instructions and am paying for something that doesn't work.Not to mention the damageCancelling now, never again- see their response below: they do indeed reply, just not with a solution. Also when you've already lost your files because of their faulty software the damage is already done..
