I was initially upset because I paid but never received an email nor did I have access to my account. I sent 3 upset emails to the support team and they were able to find my account. Yes, it was my fault, I left a letter out of my email. They worked tirelessly to find the account, once they found my erroneous email, they fixed my account right away. So excited at the great customer service. I really wanted to transfer my data from my G-drives to a more secure Mega. My only regret is that I did not do it sooner. I highly recommend Mega to secure your most important data.
