I’m with other customers if I could give them a zero I would!! Bought a ‘slightly’ used Nori iron. It came right on time and turned on but did not heat up. I was within my 72 hours. Stated I wanted my $ back. They first asked for picture of mailing label on the bag it came in, the front and back of the iron and enclosed instructions. Then they emailed they needed the pictures in jpeg and the model number. I sent that and heard NOTHING for 2 days. Then they wanted a picture of the IMEI whatever that is. Finally, I waived the white flag and reported their company as fraud and had my $ refunded. They have horrible service!! Really NO SERVICE! My advise is buyer you’ve been warned.
