Was sold an inauthentic item. Received contradicting instructions from Mercari customer service. I wasn't sure which advice to follow so I continued to reach out to customer service. Now my window for return is closed and despite being told I have an extended return period due to their miscommunication, now I'm being told I have to pay for this fake item. Very confusing to deal with. I will update this review if I'm able to speak with someone and get clear directions.
