Website error over charged me. It removed my discounts processing during payment so it charged me full price.Had to cancel and reorder. This was not user error on my part and second time it processed fine.Then my order was missing items. They refused to read my email properly and just kept replying that tracking said my order was delivered... After exposing the situation as if to a child they finally seemed to understand. They wanted me to take pictures of an empty box. Upload my passport. Anrld Write a signed letter to the delivery company about it.... Over £20 of missing night lights from my £500 order.An absolute joke.Keep the bloody £20 I'd rather not waste any more time over this joke of a customer service.
