My clients can schedule, cancel, reschedule, sign up for classes and pay online. It's very easy.I have many reports to check. There are a lot of tutorials which are great for helping my staff and I find the answers for questions without needing to call and contact a customer service representative.Otherwise, the team of people they have behind the scenes is absolutely phenomenal. I can no considered other software.
