I too would give a zero rating if I could. Its a shambles. My son paid for a joint membership for my husbands 70th Birthday way back at the beginning of February. Still haven't received even the temporary tickets. Nor have we had any response to numerous emails. They take your money quick enough but then ignore you. Don't touch with a "Barge Pole". You have been warned.
