Pathetic booking system precludes any hope of a working person ever attending anything and that's if you can take a day off work to try and negotiate your way through the labyrinthine process. Utterly hopeless and a breach of faith for those of us who have kept our membership going through a period when it has been and remains useless. It is clear they couldn't care less. I've no doubt the estate is easier to run without visitors and thats the way they like it.
