I've just spent nearly 2 hours trying to book to visit Bodnant Gardens. I did get through to the Eventbrite page, booked 2 tickets and got through to the payment page. I then realised, as we are both members, that I had ticked the wrong box as we don't pay. I used the back arrow to go back to the previous page, ticked the "members" box and....guess what? I was now in another queue whilst Eventbrite "looked to see" if any tickets were available. After an hour I gave up. Looks to me as if the National Trust are prioritising paying customers over existing customers. Absolutely disgraceful if this is the case. Membership renewal? Not likely.
