Absolutely agree with all recent reviews. Impossible to get tickets through the on line booking system for our family membership. Request for refund of membership flatly refused. Reason given is that they are charity so can't give refunds. So they are happy to take money for providing a service that they gave not supplied for months and no hope of providing in the foreseeable future. Absolute disgrace. There should be a legal challenge or at least mass boycott.
