I used to appreciate Nest when I could just go to my app and see what was going on at my home. Now that they have you signing in all the time and I cannot remember my password with failed attempts where they say they are sending a reset link, but I have failed to ever receive one, we are paying for nothing. Outrageous. Very disappointing.
