Hiring was terrible.I applied for their Operations Associate Position.Their hiring team, Coingecko (NXSCALE) did a terrible job.Initially, they had me answer an assignment that takes 1-2 hours to complete.Upon submission of the assignment, they didn't bother to follow-up after 7 days. It took me needing to follow up with them on various social channels to get a response from them.I can guarantee that my answers to the assignment (which takes 1-2 hours to get handled) are accurate, plus my experience perfectly aligns with the job description.Only to find out that I am not moving forward with them not giving any specific reason why.Terrible hiring experience. I hope from this feedback, the nXScale team(Coingecko hiring team) will improve and other people won't experience this.

Tried to signup for their services, got an error message telling me to contact their support.I did it, and their support was unhelpful, telling me there was an issue with the payment and to contact another company, FastSpring. Why do I have to make even more effort to purchase their services?Anyway, I did contact FastSpring, but they basically told me that they don't have control over their automated anti-fraud system. So I cannot purchase ahrefs' services.Why? Because I'm using a US bank account/card while in another country, which flagged a few of their automated anti-fraud system.We are in 2021, we have people constantly traveling, even during the pandemic, we have expats, we have digital nomads, etc... this is a ridiculous reason.When this happens to other companies, like hellobonsai.com, for example, their support team can double-check whatever they want with the user, then whitelist the user themselves. Not requiring even more effort from the user in order to be able to give money to the company.

I used to appreciate Nest when I could just go to my app and see what was going on at my home. Now that they have you signing in all the time and I cannot remember my password with failed attempts where they say they are sending a reset link, but I have failed to ever receive one, we are paying for nothing. Outrageous. Very disappointing.

I have just had my bathroom overhauled by The Bathroom and Shower Centre, Dumbarton Road. It was a big project, taking my bathroom back to the brick and bare floorboards. From there, all fittings were renewed and a new floor installed. I must say, every tradesperson who was part of the project was wonderful. They were so friendly, and instilled confidence - you got the idea they knew what they were doing. The project lasted just over two weeks. They arrived promptly every morning (Mon - Fri) and cleaned up after themselves every night. My bathroom is now looking great. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Rae & Stuart.

I have been trying for nearly a month to get paid for hosting a stay at my holiday home. Six separate agents have given me six different reasons for why I have yet to be paid. I spent 45 minutes on hold with one agent before hanging up. When it was escalated, the agent rang me at midnight my time. I didn't pick up. I was asleep. She then emailed me and asked me to email her back. I did and received an email back saying the email address is no longer monitored. I rang an 8th agent - after hanging up on the 7th - and he told me my situation hadn't been escalated. I've now been assured by a 9th agent the escalation agent will call me back before midnight. I have lost faith and hope I will ever be paid. I have lost faith and hope in Vrbo. I have lost faith and hope in humanity.

The ability to find tickets for events that I'm interested in is excellent. The prices are often good as well, with the exception of ticket prices in Boston which for some reason are ridiculous, but likely not Seat Geek's fault.
