When we moved into our house Nest was already installed and honestly it is AWFUL. The App loses connectivity CONSTANTLY (7/8 times in a row) and the lack of a standard 1 hour boost is absolutely ridiculous. You feel like you’re fighting just to get your bloody heating to come on! The routine function is also insanely complicated to set up. So so bad, and I’m not even sure how we can swap to to something else. We had Hive in our old house which was great!
