Nest cam IQ outdoor - Won't power on. After a very painful discussion with Customer service a replacement arrived 1 Month later. Powered on first at attempt, unplugged and moved to another area. Won't turn on. Customer service are so bad. Its like you are talking to a bot half the time. I'm sure they aren't real people most of the time. I guess I'll have to wait another month for another replacement to arrive. Shocking.
