Purchased a small component product which did not work. Returned it within 1 week of receipt in exact packaging and was refused a refund because they said serial number was missing. We informed the, that nothing had been removed and still they refused it. They sent it back to me. Got my PayPal Account involved and received a full refund after sending it back to them again. Took 3 mos of my time for a Rosicrucian that did not work. Never again will I do business with Newegg.
