Do not use

Do not use ! Bought my son a switch for Christmas which was faulty , royal mail lost it , it's now been under investigation for a month so now I'm down the cost of a console and have nothing to show for it . Can't call anyone there is no phone number just emails where you get a generic response with no real information or answers . Essentially theft . Shocking for a company that mostly caters for kids as well .
