I had a fault with the joystick on my Nintendo switch lite. I completed the repair form and sent my Switch to Nintendo via Parcel Force. When they received my Switch they sent me an email to advise me that they had received it and then sent me another email later that day to say that the repair team have been passed it and an engineer would repair it shortly. I did a live chat a week later to check on any updates and the customer service team were very friendly and helpful. I received my Switch back today fully repaired with all games still on it and didn't need to pay for the repair. From sending it off and receiving it back it took two weeks which given the current climate with Covid-19 I think it was really fast. Can't fault the service I received from Nintendo.
