The customer service and response to emails from Nintendo is very poor, it takes weeks to hear back from an email - if at all. The only course of action is to pay to call them (national rate).I had to contact them as the left joycon I received with my switch is faulty, connection issues, its common apparently. I now have to take it to the post office (not easy) then I could have to wait up to 2 weeks to get it back! I was told if I had purchased through Argos I would have been able to have it picked up for repair (so much for having loyalty to the Nintendo Store) unless I was sending it back within the first 30 days (it hadn't gone wrong by then).The switch itself is good and the quality of games are great - although they are expensive so they should be. Just hope you don't have any problems with the actual product or need to use the customer service!Oh, and if you can, buy through Argos!
