Faulty hardware and terrible customer service

I bought a 5.3 handset and had problems straight out of the box. Every action was really slow, unlocking it would often cause the phone to freeze for several seconds and answering calls would cause the 'system UI' to completely crash requiring a reboot (causing me to miss a telephone doctors appointment).This was frustrating but their customer service/aftercare is just ridiculous. I tried to contact them using the email function on their website but received an error message that told me to contact them by chat. I contacted them by chat and the handset crashed mid-conversation. I contacted them by chat again and was told to email their Support Team directly. I emailed them, and they told me to contact them by chat again! Only after I voiced my frustration did a member of 'Support' agree to help. The first collection they arranged never arrived. After arranging the second collection, they told me I'd receive a notification of the expected time. I left my phone on to receive this but the collection company (DHL) arrived without warning and my phone wasn't ready. After performing all the actions in their email (performing factory reset, packaging the item/s, and having my laptop ready to have the driver complete a 'receipt' they require me to have done for some reason) the driver had left. I contacted them again and they informed me that DHL would attempt delivery again within 2 weeks (without giving me a date) and said that if I missed another collection it would be my responsibility to pay for it. If you have to buy a Nokia do not buy it directly from them.
