I bought a Nokia 9 Pure View with great interest and, because I love the camera. I in fact even wrote into Nokia about how pleased I was with the phone.Cut a long story short, it developed a fault, where it became unusable after about a month. That in its self was not a problem, things do go wrong. But it's what happened next that the problem is, I was treated extremely badly by customer services, they had me going around in circles, everything except repair the phone or refund me. I am telling you quite honestly, I will never buy any of their phones again. I don't know if the top brass at Nokia realise, how bad their customer service is. I am not joking, really in over fifty years years of life, my worst experience, as far as dealing with any company. Horrendous, do yourselves a favour, don't touch their phones with a barge pole. No, I am not exaggerating, I can't put the full details of my interaction with Nokia customer services here, because it long and nuisanced. You will just have to take my word for it, honestly shockingly bad, not just incompetent, but knowingly so.
