Poor quality handset and customer care

Nokia 7 Plus had raving reviews last year. Nobody warned us that after less than a year problem after problem will come up: charging is difficult,the port seems to have got loose,the cable has to be in a particular position or it will not charge; it cannot operate the Nest Hello doorbell,it forces me to scroll all the time because it cannot return to the previous place etc.I contacted customer support but they were unable to solve any of the problems and told me that Nokia does not have a second level technical support. Altogether a shoddily made handset and a useless customer support.
