Im struggling to even give 1 star rating for this company, al i asked was to unlink ea account from xbox as the original email used is no long active. I answered questions from 12 different people asking me the same questions everytime in 12 separate emails . Now they asking for credit card details address and dates of purchases , this has been the worst customer service ever . I will not buy or play another single game from them again

Had a complaint so went to magic kingdom guest services. Mary the supervisor threatened us with security for simply making a complaint. I have a recording of this and think public need to know what they are up against if you are coloured. I am awaiting a response from disney regarding this matter.

I tried to post a comment on the BBC website about Andrew Castle’s commentary during Jack drapers match at Queens today. It was not offensive and not personal. I pointed out that he continually spoke about players relatives names, personal habits in an attempt to display how much he knows them. I asked whether he had the permission/agreement of those individuals to release such information. I also suggested that he should stick to just commentating on the tennis. The BBC refused to post my comments. Typical. No wonder the reviews of the BBC are so poor.

Poor quality handset and customer care

Nokia 7 Plus had raving reviews last year. Nobody warned us that after less than a year problem after problem will come up: charging is difficult,the port seems to have got loose,the cable has to be in a particular position or it will not charge; it cannot operate the Nest Hello doorbell,it forces me to scroll all the time because it cannot return to the previous place etc.I contacted customer support but they were unable to solve any of the problems and told me that Nokia does not have a second level technical support. Altogether a shoddily made handset and a useless customer support.

It has lost all my saved passwords and as my phone has buried the passwords deep in its system , I will have to change all my passwords. I am also having trouble with websites - I keep getting black screen websites for some reason .

The app told me I had 6 hours of audiobook listening time left, so I chose a book that was 5hrs and 45 minutes to get the most out of my listening. Lo and behold the final 2 chapters are unavailable to me because I am out of time. Literally 4 minutes left on the clock and you expect me to wait 2 weeks just to hear the final few paragraphs or pay £10 to get it now. If your counter more accurately displayed the amount of time I had left or let me know it had rounded up to the nearest hour, I would have chosen a shorter book. Feeling very cheated by the service, seems like you falsely listed the listening hours I had left to push me into spending more money once I ran out. Might just go back to using audible and save myself this frustration in the future.

This is bad. Please avoid. Once you give them your credit card, the only way they will stop taking money of your account is by contacting your credit card company. there is a stop auto-renewal button. a few days after you disable the auto-renew it wil re-activate itself and you will be billed. they will tell ask you if you have a proof that you turned it off, and tell you it is too late for a refund due to the grace period expired. There are a lot of better options.

Four Amazon agents hung up on me – refund still not fixed, emotional damage caused

I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer, but this has been one of the worst and most humiliating experiences I’ve ever had with any company.I’m trying to resolve a refund of two items ($12.99 each) that Amazon processed to a debit card linked to a bank account that I closed months ago. I informed Amazon of this repeatedly. I clearly explained that the bank would reject the payment and return the funds to Amazon — all they had to do was track the rejection and reissue the refund to an active method.Instead, four agents (Justin, Julián, Natalia, and Ruth) hung up on me after refusing to escalate the issue. One of them — Justin — even processed the refund again to the same closed card after I explained the issue in detail. Minutes later, I received an email confirming that they had ignored everything I said.I was interrupted, blamed for closing my account, told it was “not Amazon’s problem,” and treated like I was wasting their time. I have now spent over 3 hours on calls with zero resolution, and the emotional distress this has caused is real.In contrast, I want to thank three agents (Juan, Zahid, and Angélica) who were respectful and tried to help — but unfortunately had no authority to act.I’ve contacted @AmazonHelp on Twitter, emailed Jeff Bezos’ office, and now I’m taking this public because no one has taken accountability. This is beyond a technical error — it’s a human failure and a customer service disaster.Amazon must resolve this properly and restore my trust. I expect a direct contact from someone who can take responsibility.Thanks Natalia

I have a defective tablet. It won't turn on, at all. The customer service line just hung up on me. Contacted them by email, staff were rude and unhelpful. Took months, still not sorted out.

Next time, just by an iPad.
