I can’t even set up my profile in the oculus app. And their customer service is non existent. No 800 number to call- this is hubris. My brother was excited to send me this, I was excited to get it, but Meta/ Zuckerberg has a lot of stuff to figure out about customer service if this device is to be a success. I am packing this unit up and sending back to Amazon. Get a customer service team in place or f off
