Review of fb
I stopped using facebook for a while due to online bullying. When i decided to check it out for the very 1st time after 1 and a half year, i cannot stand its algorithm. I know it is a platform for advertisement, but the amount of ads is a joke. The algorithm could not get any worse, only shows 1 topic i accidentally clicked on for an hour. I also lost my page (suspecting from a hacker) and there was never any notification or email that tell me someone tried to log in it.
Review of ecosia
Just as easy to use as google, with fantastic search results. Started using it as my default browser last year and haven't once had to return to google. Very impressed with the functionality and usability and obviously the goal of ecosia is hugely admirable.

I've never seen such incompetence from a company that wasn't pulling a scam. They couldn't even figure out how to get 'shuffle' working on anything other than a phone or pc. Forget about casting you music to your chromecast, smart tv or stereo and having it actually work. And every once in a while, payments or registrations don't go trough. Unfortunately, the support can't actually check if anything happened at all. You have to thoroughly document your use of their website in order to later prove you actually used it. They couldn't even get a simple logbook to work. The service does work, but I don't recommend trying anything other than just their basic, single user subscription, because if you do, there's a good chance they'll screw up and want you to pay for it.Fortunately, they aren't shy to give you a refund. Which, for a monthly paid service, is kinda useless. Because instead of actually allowing you to use what you paid for when they fail to provide it, you're cut off right away.

It's a shame I have to give even 1 star. Fully paid up customer who has had my account suspended with no warning. When I try to call customer services, or make any phone call, it just tells me that I'm suspended then directs me to an auto pay line which confirms I'm fully paid up and hangs up on me. Frustrated I drove to a store, knowing they would be able to help me, only to be told exactly the same thing that they 'cannot restore my connection as a payment needs to be made but no payment is outstanding'. So effectively I'm stuck with a phone I cannot use and can't get any support with reconnecting as I cannot contact anyone and even the store cannot help. What a joke. Customer service non existent. Avoid at all costs.

Review of thomann
Researched a new keyboard stand setup and opted for Jaspers from Thomann. Great shopping experience. Thomann had all the modular accessories and ordering was easy, good prices and shipping was spot on. Really happy with the Jaspers 4d-120b with a TFT arm (just about holds a 27" screen with VESA 100mm screws), laptop stand and 6u rack insert.
Review of target
Received a delivery from Fedex yesterday for my airpods. The package was ripped. Upon opening this morning, I found out that the box was empty. No airpods inside. Called customer service. They told me that they will reach out to resolution team and someone will get back to me within 5 business days. In the evening, I got a email from resolution team that they cannot do anything as per their records the order was delivered. So I called again and same message. I tried online chat and same message. Now I have been charged for an item that I did not receive. Is that fair? I have spent more than 2 hours today trying to get a resolution for this but no help from Target. Is this the kind of customer service expected from Target? Very disappointed.
Review of musescore
If you're going to take people's money on the promise of giving them access to sheet music, then you really need to be giving RELIABLE access to sheet music. Roughly 60% of my playing experience using Musescore is ruined by coming up against a blank page with a little blue box containing a little question mark. Imagine being halfway through the second movement of a Beethoven piano sonata and having to stop your beautiful journey because of a blank page. And the 'customer service' is non existent. Stay away.
Review of lyft
I requested a Lyft, it said pickup was in 8 minutes, but sent me a driver over 10 minutes away... Uber was cheaper AND had a closer driver so I tried to cancel but Lyft claimed the driver already drove 3 minutes... I have a timer that starts the moment I request a ride (NOT when I'm given a driver) from the time I requested to the time I canceled was 2:14... Uber also gives you 4 minutes to cancel and I've NEVER had an issue with canceling an Uber that would make me late... it's better for me to call off or use PTO then be late... now I'm forced to pay $50 for a Lyft to have me late for work because Lyfts internal timer sucks. Needless to say, I'll stick with Uber, Screw Lyft
Review of IMDb
I wrote an IMDB review a few weeks ago for a TV drama, and got an acknowledgement. Then several days later I looked at IMDB to see what other people had thought of it. There were other recent reviews there, but curiously I couldn't find my review. After rummaging around the site I eventually found that my review had been rejected. IMDB hadn't bothered to tell me why it was rejected, and the information I found just said 'declined', it didn't say why. You are supposed to read through the several pages of guidelines to figure out why they rejected it. I'm not sure if I would have figured it out without looking at the helpful other reviews here. I had criticised the program for pushing 'woke' issues (lesbians, mixed race families, attacking anyone right of centre...) and apparently IMDB will not allow you to do that. Your review has to comply with the same political viewpoint as the people who run IMDB (and most of the rest of the media), otherwise your review will quietly be deleted.
