My Link cable will not connect my Quest…

My Link cable will not connect my Quest 2 to my PC. The charging cable does, but it's far too short.Initial contact made and was met with quick response, with a number of troubleshooting steps that I was asked to do. I did, and provided the results. I was then asked to provide diagnostics. I did, and waited. After hearing notbing for days I reached out and was asked to submit the same diagnostics.More days passed. Then weeks. I heard nothing. I reached out asking for an update, and eventually received a response saying that they needed more time, and that I'd hear back within three days.A week later after hearing nothing, I reached out again requesting an update, and haven't heard back. I also submitted a new ticket, which I did get a response to... saying that because I already have an open ticket this would be merged, and my patience was appreciated.I still have no idea what is being done to resolve the problem, I have heard nothing from the support team, and it is approaching a month since the ticket was initially submitted. Shockingly awful service.
