BEWARE!!! Outrageously Bad, They drain your Bank Account without consent! Opened a brand new paid plan with them a couple of days ago, the basic PLUS plan, paid the $20 fee and then boom, without warning a few days later they fraudulently take hundreds from my account and send a bot email claiming my account somehow is now a PRO account, that it upgraded itself. I absolutely NEVER consented or selected or subscribed or entered into a contracts for any PRO plan! Tried to get a refund immediately and got cut off by the help chat staff without even answering a single question. It's absolutely criminal. Googled it and found that thousands of other people have had their money taken without consent also. They should be investigated by the FBI financial crimes department.
