Customer service does not exist. I had to receive some credits as part of a microsoft startup program. After following all the steps and receiving a confirmation, I didn't receive the credits. I tried to contact open ai as per their and microsoft's guidelines with no results for a month. Then I finally got a reply from an employee, asking me to send some proof. I did that and then haven't heard anything back. They also seem to ignore my follow up messages even when the chat box shows that they have seen the message.
