Charged for Replying to a Text - OpenTable Did Not Make Me Aware of Charge

I replied to a text sent by OpenTable to either confirm or cancel a booking. I was charged for replying to this text, and I was not advised that I would be charged for replying. OpenTable need to make customers aware if they are going to be charged when prompted to reply to a text message to confirm a booking.
