I can't even access my madden game that I paid for. They're trying to say that it was another account, but I have no option besides to restart the app or log into a different account. This is an absolute clown of a gaming company. I hope to see these scumbags crash and burn in the future.

Excellent interaction and experience

All too easy to verbally bash a company like Amazon but having had to return an item well past the return date (for a whole host of reasons) I was impressed with the call back process which I used twice. Good knowledgeable people on the end of the phone who agreed to the return and a full refund. I’m impressed. Well done Amazon.

Charged for Replying to a Text - OpenTable Did Not Make Me Aware of Charge

I replied to a text sent by OpenTable to either confirm or cancel a booking. I was charged for replying to this text, and I was not advised that I would be charged for replying. OpenTable need to make customers aware if they are going to be charged when prompted to reply to a text message to confirm a booking.

Yeah you, too.I change from 1 to 3 stars because of the customer support, they agreed on canceling my membership without any fee and initiated a refund as well.Adobe needs to improve, their products are good, but the company needs to be more customer centric and should do less money grabs.

Fraud company, ordered Pigeon brand vegetable chopper and they delivered local brand or to third class product. They even not responding to couple of my complaints through flipkart app and when I tried reaching customer care they are saying call again as there is no info of your product available with us.Cheap App and even very Cheap customer care.Don't do any shopping from this app or site.

Egy hete rendeltem egy új mobiltelefont, az ígért 5-7 munkanap helyett 3 nap alatt megérkezett a rendelésem. Az oldalon található chat funkció nagyon hasznos, folyamatosan kaptam ott a válaszokat. Emellett rugalmasak voltak, egy készüléket és egy tokot vásároltam, a készüléket OTP áruhitelre (ami szintén pozitívum, hogy 0% THM-es áruhitel van nagyon sok készülékre), emiatt a tokot külön kellett megrendelnem, de összevezették a két rendelést, és csak egyszer számoltak szállítási költséget.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service, as in none. If you download a video for example, which you can only download once for whatever reason, and the connection gets interrupted - you're basically done. Customer service didn't reply days after attempting to download, having purchased the asset 3x!

What happened to AAA..

What happened to AAA... There has been a big change in service! You used to have a dedicated agent who took care of you. You felt special because you were in the club. Now your just a numer and you get who ever is ansewers the phone if you can get someone on the phone at all. Today I tried calling my local office and the number was disconnected. Took me sometime to find the customer service 888 number then after dealing with the AI I finally got transferred. Waited 15 mins then when I finally got a hold of someone, the call was disconnected. They used to be the best value now there as bad as a broker.

Biggest rip-off artists in the Western…

Biggest rip-off artists in the Western Hemisphere. I found a £95.88 charge in my credit card bill from Dropbox. I did NOT authorise this, and in trying to query it, their "customer services" put out an email address that bounces. If you ask for a refund on their online site, there is a very convenient FAULT on their refund form which means the request cannot go through. They should be sued. If I query it via the credit card company, the card gets temporarily blocked and I need it for other upcoming expenses. B*****ds
