I ordered Klemmmarkise for my balcony.Its condition and functionality do not match the description on the website, and I have to return it.Since this is a bulky product, Otto website states that it should be picked up free of charge by courier.I contacted Otto and they offered a date (06.05.2024) for pickup. They don't give the exact time of pickup, so I had to wait at home all day (from 8 am to 8 pm).No one picked up the item, so I contacted Otto again. They set a new date (10.05.2024), I had to stay at home all day again, and for the second time, no one picked up the product.I contacted Otto again and they set another pickup date (13.05.2024). Because I cannot continue to wait at home every day for the goods to be picked up they offered to deliver the item (which weighs 12 kilograms and is almost 2 meters long) myself (although this is not stated on the website when ordering bulky product).This is a terrible attitude towards the customer.I requested a refund from Otto since it's not my fault as a customer that Otto doesn't pick up the product.——————————-Update from 14.05.2024After my comment here, Otto service offered to contact them.I wrote to them, and they again promised that the courier would pick up the product on the agreed date of 13.05.2024. And already 3rd time no one picked up the product.I have informed Otto about this and they are simply ignoring me.In response to my request for a refund, Otto replied that they could not because they had not received the product back, but on 3 separate dates when they promised to pick up the product, they did not.This is an awful service!I do not recommend buying from Otto in any way.
