I used booking.com and rented a place advertised as its own house with a spa, 320+ sq feet with a balcony overlooking a garden. When I get their its on the back of some foreigners house and its less than 100 sq and it was filthy something out of a 3rd world country. Their was no balcony nor garden and when I called and complained. They threatened me laughed and hung up. I since found its not BBB accredited and has a one to two star rating for honesty and for being full of scammers. They also re sell ur credit info. If they have it. Cancel ur card I had 2. Because when I complained. They threatened to charge me with non existing damages and blocked my account.

They are the worst! You can NOT contact them with any issues.. it's says you can, but that's a front, they do not help, we were in a horrible situation, and they did not even respond to one message,48 hours late and messages that have gone out to them, still no reply ( through the app) contact turns out to be a dead end it LOOKs as though they have customer service, do not be fooled , when I finally did get a number ( that I had to hunt and hunt for, it was AI, and then I had an average 20 minute wait which was still not answered at 25 minutes, they are gangsters...Listing was horrendous

I ordered Klemmmarkise for my balcony.Its condition and functionality do not match the description on the website, and I have to return it.Since this is a bulky product, Otto website states that it should be picked up free of charge by courier.I contacted Otto and they offered a date (06.05.2024) for pickup. They don't give the exact time of pickup, so I had to wait at home all day (from 8 am to 8 pm).No one picked up the item, so I contacted Otto again. They set a new date (10.05.2024), I had to stay at home all day again, and for the second time, no one picked up the product.I contacted Otto again and they set another pickup date (13.05.2024). Because I cannot continue to wait at home every day for the goods to be picked up they offered to deliver the item (which weighs 12 kilograms and is almost 2 meters long) myself (although this is not stated on the website when ordering bulky product).This is a terrible attitude towards the customer.I requested a refund from Otto since it's not my fault as a customer that Otto doesn't pick up the product.——————————-Update from 14.05.2024After my comment here, Otto service offered to contact them.I wrote to them, and they again promised that the courier would pick up the product on the agreed date of 13.05.2024. And already 3rd time no one picked up the product.I have informed Otto about this and they are simply ignoring me.In response to my request for a refund, Otto replied that they could not because they had not received the product back, but on 3 separate dates when they promised to pick up the product, they did not.This is an awful service!I do not recommend buying from Otto in any way.

For over three years a wretched bunch of spammers called wavr.ai have been putting thousands of independent artists' tunes at a time on fake stream playlists without their knowledge or consent. They do this to drum up business for their scam promotional services.This has been happening in plain sight, so how does Spotify finally "address" the problem? By blaming the artists, fining them and kicking them off the platform. Meanwhile wavr under all it's various guises and respawns sails on untouched.The best thing that could happen to music would be for this horrible company to either go under or be forced by some outside power to treat artists fairly.

3/27-signed up for Coursera and applied for financial aid4/10-FA app approved. Prompted to verify my ID 4/11-attempted 64 times with different phones, tablets, PC to verify ID in daylight, inside light, LED light, etc FAILED-contacted support (ticket 2737097)-nothing they can do I must keep trying.5/19-trying again to verify my ID. Tried dozens of times, even when on live Chat Help (ticket 2795238). FAILED. 5/19-Carrie, from Coursera, advised me to send a picture of the errors I encountered, and I sent them. Carrie then advised me "I was investigating on my end and it appears the issue you are experiencing is already a known problem on our end. Currently, I have reported the issue you are experiencing with the ID verification to our engineering team and they will be working as fast as possible to have this matter resolved." then she assured me "In this case, we have escalated the issue to our support team. They will be helping us to manually approve your ID verification. Please, give us a few more days to complete this verification for you."6/8, today-account still not verified and I am still unable to. Is the problem Persona? Is the problem Coursera? I have no idea but I know the customer service fails are Coursera (I have yet to find a CS number for Persona). I waited to write this review to ensure that Coursera had enough time to act in good faith IF THEY HAD ANY intentions of doing so. FAILED.

First, your system suddenly change my data(My birth date suddenly change to 2020, so I am 4 years old) without any reason, without any explanation. Then your staff suggest me remove my ALREADY VERIFIED account for many years to fix your mistake. So your staff turn my verified account into unverified. Then another problem, your staff keep saying my document is okay, now after 24 hours, you said you did not get the document at all, I need to redo again because to verify my account is TIME OUT, but I send my document the moment you remove my verified account.
