I ordered something via OTTO´s website. However, when the item arrived I was not home and it was returned to the supplier which was another company that is not OTTO, but uses OTTO for their deliveries and payments. On their website, OTTO showed the item as having been delivered to me which was clearly not true. I started to receive letters from OTTO and Ratepay saying that I should pay and even though I called OTTO several times and told them that I had not received the item, they just told me that they would let Ratepay know and cancel the debt. The supplier even sent an email confirming that they had received the item back but Ratepay still kept on sending me letters and warnings that I should pay. Now I have received a letter from the Inkasso (German debt collectors) warning me to pay for an item I NEVER received, or I would face the consequences. I am VERY disappointed in OTTO and Ratepay´s customer services because I tried SEVERAL times to clear this issue!
