1 star is very much for them, Trust Pilot has to add even negative score, because really 1 star is very much for them.No one can speak with you in English in Otto.When they understand that you are not German they will change their behavior to you.I had and have so many problems with them and no one wants to help me to solve my problems.I am wondering how they hire people in their customer service. Their customer service is a terrible customer service.They only know how to complicate your problem and not solve it. They disrespect people in all sorts of ways.When they understand your German is not good, instead of speaking English, they will try to speak German most more difficult, because they don't want to help you.If you compare them to their competitors, you will find that the price of the goods is more expensive, the support is very poor in the event of a catastrophe, the delivery time is extremely long, the delivery service is not at all what they promise you.
