Dear PandoraI am writing to you to raise an issue about: In-store shoppingThe issue that I have experienced was: I came into the store on the 31.03.25 and stood for about 10 mins while the assistant Sans was available the (large built Asian lady) - just stood there staring at me I then approached her and asked her if she had my ring in the size I needed as I needed to exchange this and had a receipt she refused and said no we can’t help in a very rude abrupt way - she then glided my receipt back to me / I then came across angie who was honestly so lovely and helpful she found my size despite Sans saying that they did not have my size and proceeded to tell me to go to Marble Arch instead - Angie found 8 sizes and helped me try these on - while Angie was helping me Sans was whispering something to her to not help me - Angie felt very uncomfortable and kept apologising for her collegue - to the point she even said I’m so sorry for her - she’s like this - this is unacceptable behaviour and completely put me off Pandora Westfield the large Asian lady really needs to learn some manners !! It occurred on: 2025-03-31This meant that This made me feel very uncomfortable - and I did not wish to shop at this store at all ! Give her some training in customer service I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
