If I could give a minus, I would - worst customer service team ever.Purchased 2 items in store but classed as on line as not in stock, the shop staff did all the ordering. Costs £50 & £55 with a £50 voucher and £55 on credit card, returned the £55 item for a more expensive version, and Pandora credited the voucher not my card. I bought the new item and they charged my card in full. The staff didn't tell me that monies gone to voucher as they didn't know policy.Pandora does NOT communicate between store and online.Customer service on phone, told me to go to store, store didn't know what to do, called customer service who told them can't help.Couple of days later get call back as requested from customer service - useless, told me to return all items to shop and re-purchase.Worst service ever.
