I have purchased parallels desktop 17 pro edition for my new macbook m1 max edition in order to use some windows apps and most likely having a new experience. Since the beginning of my first installation, the taskbar seemed non responsive and stopped responding even if i tried all the given workarounds regarding this specific issue. When i contacted the customer representatives for support, they did not respond mefor more than 24 hours and by the next day i had a message from them sending me link about a completely different issue. That's all that i had from parallels since three days. I sadly can not accept this kind of behaviour and would like to cancel my subscription right away and requesting for refund. I will never use your products again. Thank you
