While its a reasonably good platform for free speech, there is absolutely no customer service. I have sent through eight emails over the last months for issues I'm having and the lack of response is deafening.They claim to be better than twatter and they are in that there is no censorship of conservative comment. However, just like twatter they refuse to respond to enquiries. I am having issues with my log in but still, they refuse to reply. Is it simple ignorance and lack of customer service know how or do they not employ any staff?Maybe get some staff on the payroll to monitor issues so you can offer a sound and positive platform in which people can have some degree of confidence.
