While its a reasonably good platform for free speech, there is absolutely no customer service. I have sent through eight emails over the last months for issues I'm having and the lack of response is deafening.They claim to be better than twatter and they are in that there is no censorship of conservative comment. However, just like twatter they refuse to respond to enquiries. I am having issues with my log in but still, they refuse to reply. Is it simple ignorance and lack of customer service know how or do they not employ any staff?Maybe get some staff on the payroll to monitor issues so you can offer a sound and positive platform in which people can have some degree of confidence.

My account is not showing any of my upcoming bookings and is not showing my previous history either. As many restaurants charge for no shows, I am concerned that this will happen as I can’t see what I have reserved. I contacted customer care 3 days ago, only get a reply once per day at midnight. I have replied each time straight away and no response for another 24hours. Terrible app and customer service. Please resolve this asap.

ESPN's service has been disappointing lately. The excessive amount of ads interrupting the viewing experience is annoying and disruptive. It seems like there are more ads than actual content, making it difficult to enjoy the program.In addition, the shift to more sensationalized content and repetitive news cycles has reduced the quality of sports coverage. Instead of in-depth analysis and diverse coverage of sporting events, much attention is given to a few major sports and storylines, while other sports and their fans are overlooked.The website and app interfaces are also clunky and filled with click-bait articles. It's difficult to navigate and find the information you need without being bombarded with catchy headlines and pop-ups.Overall, ESPN's recent changes have made the viewing experience less enjoyable. The excess of ads, lack of diverse sports coverage, and interfaces filled with clickable ads detract from what used to be a reputable sports network.

I am a platinum card holder. I was a victim of a crime that forced me to put a lot of money on my amex cards. Despite this, I otherwise had perfect credit and have never missed any payments, even for non-amex related loans or cards or utilities.Amex slashed my spending power and as a result, tanked my credit score. Even though I've been making 4 figure payments on the regular, they refuse to allow a credit increase. Amex won't even meet me half-way. According to them my score is good at 705 (on their own site!). I make over 130k a year. I will keep the cards open to keep my credit good and spend 1 dollar on them for fun. No more!
