I called to dispute a payment. They were very nice and said they would pay me back even though the person didn’t, but unfortunately, they said I was refunded from my friend, which was totally the wrong person that I put the complaint in about if the representative had listened to me. She would’ve understood the spelling of the last name that should be penalized for not paying my money back. I tried to call, but it was on hold for 20 minutes tonight. Tired of it
