We need a new payment system — one that actually protects its customers. PayPal no longer does that. Instead, it seems to work hand in hand with dishonest sellers and scammers, profiting off fees from fraudulent sales.This isn’t the first time I’ve been scammed, and once again, PayPal refused to return my money — even though I provided proof and told the truth. They’re supposed to protect buyers, but they failed me.What’s worse, I’ve also been scammed as a seller. A customer received the items I sent — she even confirmed this in an email. Yet later she opened a dispute, and PayPal sided with her and took my money anyway. So I lost as both a buyer and a seller.We need an honest, responsible alternative to PayPal — a platform that truly stands up for its users. I no longer trust PayPal and do not wish to use it anymore.
