You cannot get alive operator on the phone. They never respond to their emails. They give a very hard time to the non profits, so they can sign up and list their pets. They do not check out the people who register for accounts. Someone contacted us through them that had a fake name. So my idea is they should do better. Checking for the people who are registering to get pets. I am a nonprofit and I have not had anything good to say about this company since i've been dealing with them . Would I recommend them definitely not. The customer service not none.So I feel like Writing a review is the only way to make my issues heard. But I think they can do better. No I don't I think across-the-board this company. It might have been meant for something great, but their service is horrible. They don't help the people who were registered. They don't check out the people who are registering to get pets. Make sure they're real people..
