Refused to honor their international warranty

Bought a Philips vacuum cleaner in November 2021 with a 2-year international warranty, which broke down after one month. Philips has stubbornly refused to honor their warranty even though their authorized service center determined that the motherboard was faulty, sending me back to the retailer MediaMarkt Austria who then sent me back to Philips. The unit has ever been fixed. I now own a 250 Euro piece of garbage. After this experience, I will never buy Philips again.
