Philips take your money but don’t deliver the goods

Bought a subscription for one blade blade replacement on 22/07/21 and received tracking with ups confirming that first blades would arrive on 28/07/21 by end of day. No sign of them and further email from ups on 29th stating date changed to Monday 02/08/21. Four hours later another email stating “.your parcel is pending release from a non ups broker. Contact the non ups broker for additional information.” What a shambles and what a load of con artists. Money taken from account immediately but no product delivered after 8 days and a load of conflicting and confusing messages. If I ever get my first set of blades I will be cancelling my subscription straight away. Shocking service by Philips and UPS and will not shop directly with them again. A load of shysters
