I reported a problem, subsequently told the feature was no longer an offering, but after clearing browser cache and cookies and restarting browser it was resolved. Whilst agent was keen to follow up, the info given was clearly incorrect - as its now working as I expected.

Bought a subscription for one blade blade replacement on 22/07/21 and received tracking with ups confirming that first blades would arrive on 28/07/21 by end of day. No sign of them and further email from ups on 29th stating date changed to Monday 02/08/21. Four hours later another email stating “.your parcel is pending release from a non ups broker. Contact the non ups broker for additional information.” What a shambles and what a load of con artists. Money taken from account immediately but no product delivered after 8 days and a load of conflicting and confusing messages. If I ever get my first set of blades I will be cancelling my subscription straight away. Shocking service by Philips and UPS and will not shop directly with them again. A load of shysters

Ordered some article and 20 days later still no delivery. By accident I created a new account, I admit this was my fault but no message in the app that my delivery was paused because of this. In the meantime they sell out the article. Verification of my data took almost another 2 weeks (customer service says that’s „normal“) and then they just delete my order…in the end I bought it somewhere else and got it two days later. Would not recommend as communication of the customer service and in their app is not clear and they just delete your order!

Woodruffs in Stroud has excellent food, freshly prepared and very nutritious. It feeds you, then it feeds your heart and feeds your soul. The salads are inspiring.In terms of cost it isn't cheap, (not for me, anyway) but it is probably what it costs.

I booked hotel with agoda with the room explicitly specify as lake view. Arrived at hotel got the room with dirty parking lot instead. Hotel blaming misinformation from Agoda acting like it was new knowledge to them. So I went back to read all the low rate review. They been doing this at least 5 years now.

You can't write an honest review of products. I had a completely different item delivered to the one pictured by the vendor. When I pointed this out and criticised the fact a different picture is being used for said item, Amazon got on my case telling me to change my review. They then decided not to post my review anyway after I editted it to 'conform' with their demands. Amazon is just the new Wish.

I am so disappointed at the lack of help from this company. This is such poor customer service. I have been sent on a wild goose chance simply to have an address changed. This was a gift for my 11 year old daughters birthday! I will never order from this company again and am disgusted at the lack of customer service and help in regards to this matter. As an international buyer I have struggled to even get anyone to answer the phone at your company , had several conversations with the courier who always refers me back to you who then refer me back to the courier . I find this whole process a disgrace.

I am old school and technological challenged.I wished the tutorials could be in large font where I can see what you are pointing too and the speaker would go slower so I can follow along and maybe I could figure it out better.I think the team is great, I just wished someone had the time they could call my phone and we could go through it together Live and not a computer. Where I could actually speak on the phone and help me.I know there is so much I am missing out on because of my lack of knowledge.

Don't use it if you are not an influencer! If you don't have an active social profile in a plafrom they approve (instagram, X, facebook, youtube) then they will never approve you account to accept money, and they only mention this when you actually got some money. I just a useless platform, don't use it....
