I bought five games on sale, thinking I was purchasing physical disks for my nieces. After the purchase and no shipping confirmation, I realized they were downloads. I immediately got on the customer service chat, which is difficult to find and difficult to get to. There is no direct email to customer service. The return policy says if you have not downloaded it and if it is within 14 days. I don't own a console, so no downloads, and it was requested 30 minutes after the purchase (I had to wait in line). A week later, an email says I've either downloaded the games, or it's been past the 14 days. I went back to the customer service chat, who said, based on the previous chat, they are unable to communicate anything further, and I do not qualify for a refund. I asked what the issue was and who I could contact to see about a refund. They did not answer; they simply DISCONNECTED the chat with no answers: terrible service, terrible customer service, and a terrible website experience.
