After the first lesson, you're required to purchase a full month's worth of classes. Without clear notice, a recurring subscription is automatically created. When you try to manage this subscription, you discover that the lessons you've paid for come with an expiry date—you must use them before your current subscription period ends.I reached out to customer support, and they assured me that lessons could be rescheduled beyond the deadline. Unfortunately, in my case, that turned out to be untrue.On the other hand, the classes themselves have gone smoothly, and I'm very happy with my teacher—I might even continue with her. But I don’t appreciate being pressured into ongoing payments through unclear and rigid subscription rules.
